Frequently Asked Questions
I am not able to access my Student Course Feedback and receive a message "Your login attempt was not successful. Please try again." What should I do?
Confirm that you are entering your Saint Leo University student email address (FirstName.LastName@email.saintleo.edu) as your username and your Student ID# as your password. If your password is not 7-digits long, then pad your password with leading zeros.
If you are entering the correct information and still having access trouble, please complete and submit a trouble ticket by clicking on the Need Help? link at the top of the page. Please be sure to include your name, email address, subject, and a description of your problem.
What if one or more of my courses is not on the list, the system lists a course that I dropped, or a course is listed that I have never taken?
Not all courses have a Student Course Feedback form. Please do not provide feedback for a dropped course or course that you have never taken. No further action is required
The wrong instructor is listed for the course I am providing Student Course Feedback.
Please click the Need Help? link and select Wrong Instructor Listed for a Course from the drop-down menu. Please provide the course and detailed instructor information in the comment box.
What if I need to redo my Student Course Feedback because I evaluated the wrong course or the wrong instructor?
You may click the reset button next to a course to redo that Student Course Feedback form. You can only use the reset feature while the evaluation session is open. The reset feature removes all previous answers so that you may begin again on a blank feedback form.
Or you may click the Need Help? link. Select I need to reset/resubmit an evaluation from the drop-down menu and give us the course information and instructor name for the evaluation you want to reset. We may need to reset the Student Course Feedback form if there is more than one instructor for the course. A Student Course Feedback form can only be reset if the feedback session is open.
Once a Student Course Feedback session has closed it may not be reopened for any reason.

Can my instructor see my results?
No. All responses to Student Course Feedback are completely anonymous (unless you identify yourself within the comment box). Your name and email address are not saved anywhere and cannot be seen by instructors or administrators.
How will you use my email address and student ID?
The evaluation system uses your email address to send you Student Course Feedback announcements and reminders. Your Student ID is used to validate your registration in the course you are evaluating. Your email address and Student ID are not gathered in the Student Course Feedback process, but stored in a separate database, and therefore, cannot be associated with the ratings or comments you make.
Can I get confirmation that I completed my Student Course Feedback?
YES! A confirmation email is automatically sent to your Saint Leo University Email after the submission of a survey.
If you do not receive a confirmation email or need additional copies you can:
- Click on the green checkmark next to the submitted Student Course Feedback on your Evaluation Dashboard and a confirmation email will be sent to your Saint Leo University Email.
- Print your Student Course Feedback Summary Page as proof of evaluation completion and submission.
These options are no longer available once an evaluation session closes.
Can I evaluate a course that is already closed?
No. We cannot reopen an evaluation once it has closed.
What should I do if the evaluation site does not work?
It may be due to the use of an outdated web browser.
Please try to access the site by using:
Mozilla Firefox version 18.0 or later
Microsoft Internet Explorer version 7.0 or later
Google Chrome version 23 or later
What should I do if I have questions unrelated to instructor evaluations?
